Weeeeell. I haven't been exactly blogging as things happen... just sort of taking pictures here and there and storing the info in my brains. But these past couple of weeks have been plenty eventful. Actually this past whole month has. March has been good for the soul. Like Chicken Soup! hee hee! Seriously though, it has been an amazing month.
So lets venture back in time, a couple weeks ago, March 20th. Some of our lovely Hilltop youth made a trip to lovely Ontario, CA for their comedic version of Esther(the play). The drive was grueling. But it was good seeing a couple of old and dear friends and even some family!!

Now the next day was even a betttter treat!! My verrrry bestest friends (Chanel & Samantha) in the whole world came to visit me, and of course to visit others too... :) hee hee. ( Actually it was neither. Their dad came to preach at our church on Sunday. I just wanted to feel special!) But yes, I did get to spend Saturday with them and it was almost perfection. Saturday evening we went to dinner at Applebee's then we were off to our dear friend Jesse's Jazz Recital at SDSU. Food and music. Yay! Jesse did a lovely (yes my fav word) job then we were off. We went to Bennigans just to hang out with everyone who went to the concert and I paid for my drink with change. Classsssy huh?! Yup I know! :) Another lovely day in the hoods of San Diego. Then it was ZZzZZZZZ time.

Sammy, Me, Chanel @ Applebees. Yay.

Jesse belting it out. Ohhh Lordy. He's good!

I don't have alot of words to describe the services on that following Sunday morning and night, but lets just say God was there!!! Bro. Marin is a powerful preacher. And even though he didn't get to preach on Sunday night, I know his message would've been just phenomenal as the mornings. I haven't felt God's presence like that in a very long time, but I've been feeling it everyday since!! GLORY! hee hee.
In the end I just couldn't get enough of my lovely friends and had to go home with them... so me, Chanel, and Sam headed to my house packed my clothes for the week and took off to Orange County! WOo hooo! It was a awesome and refreshing time! I love spending time with them! They truly are the best gals ever! Smooches my dears!

I ended up coming home Thursday afternoon to be thrown into the planning and prep for the upcoming Ladies Confrence at our church. Ferosh basket making skills I have! hee hee. Friday me and Samantha H. from my church went purse shopping for a Missions Fundraiser and let me tell you... buying cheap purses is nooooooo easy task!! We were suppose to buy 20 we ended up with 12. Yeah. So I know you're thinking, buying purses... should be super easy for any woman with a sense of style... not uh... cheap ugly purses everywhere... ugh. We did find a couple of very cute ones but some were so ugly it made Samantha sick! haha. Pooooor her!! OOOOOOOh... and the night before this... I was bit by a spider!! In my very own bed! EW. ICKY. YUCK! I am soooo digusted. It ended up not being a nice spider and I had to go to the doctors after my purse buying spree. They put me on antibiotics and my leg looked like it was about to fall off. Pooor me. Yes I derserve your sympathy!! :)
Well after all this... Saturday rolled around and proved to be another lovely day!!! Sis. Aisha was crazzzzzyyy awesome!! I was rooting like "yeah!! that's my girl!!" :) I love her so much! She is such an awesome woman!! Sis. Wendell (sp?) is a firecracker!! I hope I too have that much spunk when I am her age!! ( 77 I think)

Then along came Sunday... Bro. Joel Buxton preached... "Jesus is not in a Recession". Blessings Laawd!! hee hee. I just can't believe it sometimes how much I have to be thankful for!! No matter what's going on in my personal life... God is there... blessing, leading, teaching, molding, making, loving, and protecting! He truly is my everything! Amen Amen! :) Sunday Night Sis. Wendell spoke on world missions and talked about leprosy... how it can be looked at spiritually and effect you spiritually also if not detected in time. It was a beatiful message and you could feel the pulling of God's presence. It truly was a beautiful weekend!
